1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies of wdg188:

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wdg188 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with wdg188's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and wdg188 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

3Eligibility

To register for and use the wdg188 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wdg188 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts mandatory KYC verification on all accounts. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual end-users. The Platform is primarily designed and operated to serve residents of Indonesia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law applicable to you.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be employed by wdg188, a technology partner, or an affiliate organization in a role that involves access to platform odds, results, or proprietary data.
• One Account Only: You must not hold any existing active Account on the wdg188 Platform. Only one Account per person, per household IP address, and per payment method is permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order on the wdg188 Platform or any other gambling platform that has shared exclusion data with wdg188.

4Account Registration

When registering for a wdg188 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. This information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred banking details for deposits and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. wdg188 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

You must notify wdg188 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. wdg188 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

• Accounts registered with false personal information will be closed without prior notice.
• Duplicate accounts (multiple accounts registered by the same individual) are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated winnings forfeited.
• wdg188 reserves the right to require additional verification documents at any time as part of its ongoing KYC and anti-fraud procedures.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

wdg188 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program to verify the identity, age, and residency of all Members. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be required at the time of registration or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian Passport
• Indonesian Driving License (SIM) — in combination with a secondary document confirming address

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of a successful transfer confirmation. wdg188 does not charge internal deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

wdg188 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that triggers anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring thresholds or appears inconsistent with normal player behavior patterns.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your wdg188 Account dashboard, provided your Account has completed KYC verification and your balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 50.000.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with wdg188's support team. This policy exists to prevent money-laundering and ensure payments reach the verified Account holder.

Standard withdrawal processing times by channel:

Withdrawals will be temporarily suspended or subject to additional review if: (a) outstanding KYC documents have not been submitted; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) an AML review is in progress on the Account; or (d) a fraud investigation has been initiated.

8Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus terms apply to all wdg188 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Unfulfilled bonus wagering at expiry results in the Bonus Funds and any associated unconverted winnings being voided.
• Bonus Funds generally contribute to wagering requirements at 100% on slots and virtual games, and at varying rates (typically 10%–25%) on live casino and sportsbook bets. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.

9Betting Rules

All bets placed on the wdg188 Platform — including sports bets, bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, mix parlay accumulators, togel (traditional numbers lottery) entries, live casino wagers, and slot-game spins — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message and a corresponding transaction record in the Member's Account history. Bets pending confirmation due to connectivity issues are not considered placed until confirmed.
• wdg188 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error in odds has occurred — including palpable errors where odds were significantly different from the prevailing market price due to a technical fault.
• For live in-play betting, wdg188 may suspend betting markets at any time without notice during active events to protect against late-information advantage. Any bets accepted while a market was erroneously open despite a suspension signal may be voided at wdg188's discretion.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wdg188 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with wdg188 staff.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting event to gain an unfair advantage.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the wdg188 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, data compilations, and game assets — is the exclusive property of wdg188 or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 12Limitation of Liability

wdg188 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and occasional unplanned outages may affect Platform availability. wdg188 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform's notice system.

13Privacy & Data

wdg188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

wdg188 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and at rest.

14Responsible Gaming

15Account Suspension & Closure

wdg188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargeback requests initiated by a Member through their bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Member or a verified third-party (e.g., a guardian or next-of-kin acting in the Member's interest).

Upon Account closure by wdg188 for cause, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of amounts subject to investigation, reversal, or forfeiture will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

16Amendments to Terms

wdg188 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wdg188 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Display a notification banner on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days after the change takes effect;

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance.

17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied to online gaming operations. wdg188 operates under an international gaming license and complies with applicable international anti-money-laundering and player-protection standards.

In the event of any dispute between you and wdg188 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact wdg188's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. wdg188 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 10 business days of initial notification.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to an independent arbitration process. wdg188 does not accept the jurisdiction of Indonesian domestic courts for disputes arising from online gambling transactions, given the legal status of online gambling under Indonesian national law.
